Click & Collect Option (Higher Tier Restrictions or a Lockdown)
In order to limit the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), Smiley Car & Commercial Ltd are taking the following steps if you choose a click and collect purchase during higher tier restrictions or a lockdown situation.
In accordance with the Government's recommendation during lockdown periods, we will be respecting a distance of two meters and using face coverings when meeting customers and ask that they respect this by doing the same. If you do not have a face covering with you, a disposable face mask can be provided. If your personal circumstances exempt you from wearing a face covering, please let our staff know. We have a weather covered outdoor designated click and collect area. Only one customer will be allowed in this dedicated area at any one time. For that reason, we also ask that where possible you collect your vehicle by yourself. This area and any equipment used are sanitised after each visit. There are sanitising products available for customer use. There will be no test-driving of vehicles but we are offering a money back guarantee in that if you are not happy with the vehicle, you can return it immediately for a full refund. Our vehicles and appropriate document packs are being thoroughly sanitised prior to hand over.
Please bring a warm coat for our outdoor area and please note that in line with the Government's guidelines for Motor Dealers, there are no comfort break facilities available to customers. We politely ask that customers try to adhere to their allocated collection time as closely as possible, to avoid cross over with any other customers collecting their vehicles. Your consideration is much appreciated.
